STEP 1. GET IN TOUCH

Contact us via phone or email about your product requirement.

STEP 2. QUOTATION

Our technical sales team will assess your product/brief and liase with
production engineering to determine its practicality and feasibility.
Typically we will need technical drawings and the quantities required to put
together a quotation for you.

STEP 3. PROTOTYPE

We produce a one off prototype for all new parts. Your prototype is
inspected after each manufacturing process and ISIR documents are drawn
up on it’s completion.

STEP 4. GENERAL PRODUCTION

With you prototype passed off, general production will now begin. Typical parts produced at Curl Moducons are manufactured using the following process:Cutting – Bending – Welding - Inspection – Painting – Final assembly – Final inspection.More information can be found in the ‘Services’ section above

STEP 5. DELIVERY/COLLECTION

Great news, your parts are complete! As previously agreed we will either arrange direct delivery or notify the customer that their parts are ready for collection.
